Welcome. I’m really glad you found your way here. Sometimes people arrive because they’re exhausted from feeling misunderstood. You might be neurodivergent, queer or a person of colour who has spent years navigating systems that were never designed with you in mind. On the outside you may appear high-functioning, yet internally feel overwhelmed, burned out, or struggling day to day after carrying the weight of long-term stress, marginalization, or generational and family trauma. You may have been called “too much,” “not enough,” or difficult to understand, or perhaps you’ve learned to mask so well that it’s become hard to recognize your own needs.

Many of the people I work with share similar experiences. You might be neurodivergent, or a person of colour who has spent a long time adapting to environments where you didn’t always feel seen or supported. From the outside it can look like everything is under control, while internally you’re managing exhaustion, pressure, and the lasting impact of systemic and interpersonal challenges. Over time, masking and adapting can make it difficult to know what truly feels supportive for you.

My work focuses primarily on supporting culturally diverse and neurodivergent clients across a range of concerns, with particular experience in ADHD and Autism. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I bring both professional training and lived understanding into the therapy space. My goal is to create a safe, affirming environment where you can show up as you are and begin making sense of your experiences.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about developing deeper self-understanding, strengthening emotional awareness, and finding ways to heal that feel authentic to your life. Together we can explore practical tools, build confidence, and create strategies that reflect your values and experiences. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out to book a free consultation. I’d be honoured to support you.

A warm welcome!

I work with individuals and couples who are navigating some of the more complex and tender aspects of being human. This can include trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence (such as ADHD or OCD), relationship challenges, major life transitions, and questions related to meaning or spirituality. I view each person as a dynamic system shaped by both internal experiences and external environments. When something within that system becomes overwhelmed or out of balance, whether from unresolved trauma, long-term stress, or emotional pain, symptoms can begin to surface.

In therapy, we take time to understand what these signals may be pointing to. Together we explore the deeper layers beneath them while supporting nervous system regulation and creating space for healing, integration, and reconnection with your sense of wholeness.

My approach integrates elements of DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, somatic work, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). These frameworks help us build emotional regulation skills, explore underlying patterns, and strengthen connection with yourself and others.

Our work together moves at a pace that feels right for you, while honoring your story, your inner world, and your capacity for growth.

If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and neurodivergence, and who values both emotional depth and practical tools, we may be a good fit.

My approach is holistic, integrative, and culturally aware, and I would be honoured to support you in your process of healing and self-discovery.

Welcome, and bonjour.

In therapy with me, you’re invited to show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and explore whatever has been weighing on you in a safe and compassionate space. My goal is to create an environment where you feel genuinely listened to, respected, and supported as we make sense of things together.

In our work together, we’ll take time to look at your experiences, emotions, and the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and the world around you. I’ll support you in reconnecting with yourself, making sense of what you’ve been through, building insight, and discovering tools that help you feel more grounded, supported, and empowered moving forward.

I also believe in getting to know you as a whole person before focusing deeply on specific concerns or goals. This allows therapy to feel thoughtful, personalized, and aligned with what matters most to you, including your spiritual beliefs if that’s something you’d like to bring into the process. It would truly be an honour to walk alongside you as you move through this stage of your journey.

I know that opening up to someone about your inner thoughts, feelings, and impulses can feel scary, awkward, or intimidating. You might be feeling stuck in your life and finding that it’s bringing up feelings of depression or hopelessness. Or maybe you’re looking for new ways to understand your emotions, improve your relationships, and feel more joy and fulfillment in your life. I’ve been there too, and I’ve sat in the client’s seat.

In my work, I focus a lot on the relationship we build together. I try to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and respectful of your background and experiences. The way we interact can often give us helpful insight into how you relate to others in your life, and it can help us notice patterns or blind spots that might no longer be serving you.

I don’t see myself as the expert on you. Instead, I try to shape the work around your unique circumstances and what feels most helpful for you. We both bring our own experiences, identities, and knowledge into the process.

My work is informed by Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Polyvagal Theory. These perspectives can help us explore the stories you carry about yourself and your life, understand what your emotions might be telling you, build a kinder relationship with yourself, and learn more about how your nervous system shapes the way you experience and relate to the world.

I’ve primarily worked with university students and young adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem and self-worth, emotion regulation, relationship challenges, developmental trauma, and LGBTQIA2S+ related experiences. Along with my professional training, I also draw from my own lived experience and personal time in therapy as I support people through this work.
